SCLPTR has a range of classes to suit all abilities and fitness levels coming soon.

Taking place on the gym floor and our new dedicated studio, our classes are led by experienced instructors who are passionate about helping you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or simply have fun, our classes offer something for everyone.

Kickstart your weekend

Steph leads a Saturday Bootcamp class starting at 8am. Anticipate a high-energy session packed with dynamic exercises targeting different muscle groups, all aimed at enhancing strength, endurance, and overall fitness levels.

Saturdays @ 8:00am, £30 per person

Yoga

Yoga

Our new yoga class will explore various yoga poses and breathing techniques. Our instructor will guide you through a series of movements designed to improve flexibility, strength, and mindfulness, fostering a sense of balance and well-being.
